It is obvious from this MRI report that your father has multiple pathologies in the spine, starting from scoliosis, which is a deviation in the normal curvature of the spine, to the most worrisome finding on this MRI, which is that of multiple lesions that raise the suspicion of metastasis (spread) of either an infection or a tumor. He also has a building disc in the lower aspect of the spine. Proper investigation are needed in order to identify the nature of these lesions and treatment them accordingly.
