I have herpetic withlow on my fingers. I'm afraid the lesions on my hands will easily spread to the genitals and other areas. What to do?

I see. Herpetic withlow is self limited, luckily. The only way to prevent auto-inoculation is by avoiding contact between the affected areas and other parts of the body. As such, you will have to wear gloves when touching your genital area (for cleansing or other purpose). Applying topical acyclovir cream to your hands may also help in the recovery from the Herpetic withlow.
