No dr I checked with my dermatologist no yeast and no allergy and that is the problem...I cannot understand why and I even took antibiotics. ...so I assume dryness what do u think..?

Dryness can cause itching, and can create a "port-of-entry" for an infection, which can cause swollen toe and needed antibiotics.
