My weight is 97 Kg and my height is 170 cm. I must lose weight with only 15 min of daily walk because I have a problem walking. What can I do?

Try swimming - you can burn a lot more calories than when walking in the same period of time. Swimming is an excellent sport that allows you to use all the muscles in your body, and the buoyancy of the water relieves some of the stress imposed on your joints so they don't get injured, or tire easily.
