You could give him Paracetamol for pain according to his weight every 6 hours, or apply Paracetamol directly onto his gums on a sterile gauze. You could also use Dentinox gel. And remember that as long as he is passing adequate amounts of clear urine, then even if he continues to refuse eating solid food, milk is a whole and complete nutrient that will provide him with sufficient nutritional support for a few days.
