My son 6 month, ate twice potato steemed+mashed and the 3rd time potato with vegetables(with time interval between each try). Each time he had red around his mouth.(like allergie) for 24 h.

This is a very mild local allergic reaction - I wouldn't worry about it as much. It could also be due to drooling - a lot of infants, especially around the time of dental eruption (teething), drool excessively, Saliva runs around their mouths and down to their necks and into the creases of the neck, producing a form of a rash. Gently wiping off the drooling saliva is important to keep the skin dry. Applying mild scent-free moisturizers especially made for infants is also helpful.

And just as a matter of raising awareness:
Alarming signs of a severe allergic reaction include: diffuse rash (redness) with or without swelling, shortness of breath/wheezing, swelling of the face, eyes, lips, vomiting/diarrhea - should any of these signs occur, the child must be rushed immediately to the hospital.
