My skin always feels dehydrated. I drink a lot of water, which makes me need to go to the bathroom very frequently. But I still feel like my body is in need of water. What could the problem be?

It is not enough to drink water to get rid of dehydration. You should apply hydrating creams especially after showering. You should also avoid using regular soaps and use hydrating soaps and use warm water for showering and not hot water.
