My sister has stomach pain & is pushing on her back. Blood & urine tests, vagina & stomach scans are ok; what's the problem? Spasfon isn't helping.

Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
Here it says that the user is a 26 year old female. Is this your sister's age or yours? Is the pain occurring in the upper part or the lower part of the abdomen?
You're saying that your sister has had stomach and vaginal scans, do you mean by that that she did CT scans of the abdominal and pelvic areas? Is it possible that she is pregnant?
Has your sister ever done an endoscopy (ناظور) of the stomach with biopsy taken to look for the bacteria helicobacter pylori which causes ulcers in the stomach and duodenum (1st segment of the small intestines)? An ulcer in those areas may produce the kind of pain that you have described. Another possibility would be a disease in the pancreas (inflammation or infection - pancreatitis) which classically causes pain in the upper part of the abdomen that extends to the back, in between the shoulder blades, and which is partially relieved by bending forward.
If the all of the above possibilities are ruled out, more rare conditions associated with abdominal pain, namely familial Mediterranean fever (FMF), especially if there is a positive family history of the disease, must be be investigated.
