My right knee from the interior side (left side) Hurts it has been like that for 3 month know when i touch it no pain but when delicatly hit that particular area with my finger it hurts alot

it seems that you didnt take any treatment yet . you can start on anti inflammatory and rest if no improvement book an appointment and have an mri.
