I have a small penis that does not get erected. What should I do?
Dec 2, 2014

Dr. Nehme Raad Urology
First of all, if the length of your penis is more than 10 cm during erection, you can consider that you don't have a small penis.
Usually, erectile dysfunction is psychogenic at this age (performance anxiety, fear of failure), but other general conditions (diabetes, high cholesterol level, hypertension, etc) must be also ruled out.
I recommend that you do a blood test that includes those as well as the serum testosterone level.
A temporary medical therapy can help you bypass this problem.
