My left elbow suddenly got swollen and is filled with a liquid, and I can hardly fold my right elbow. Could this be an indication to a bone condition or any other medical case?

Are you sure it is only fluid and not blood after a trauma?
The fluid in the joints can have many origins, related to joint inflammation. Usually the bone is not involved.
