My friend is worry about a pimple thayt appears beside his ass hole and he is shy to ask a doctor but as he told me that their is no pain when he sit or something else ??

Are there any associated symptoms with that ?
How long has this been going on for?
Have you noticed blood mixed with stool?
Has bump increased in size with time ?
Do you have constipation?
Is ther itching?
This pimple appear sometimes other times no?
Are you suffering from any medical condition or on any medication ?
these questions might lead to the answer
it may be an external hemorroid or if no symptom is associated like blood traces in towel after wiping or in bathroom bathroom,chronic or acute constipation,
Other causes of a painless lump may be a skin tag, It is a harmless growth that hangs off the skin. A skin tag is normally flesh colored, but it can sometimes have a brownish color. Also individuals who have anal skin tags may not even know it because they are normally not painful. Most patients will notice such bump when they wipe themselves.
As such there is no need of removal of anal skin tags, it is harmless.
if it was small first and it is going bigger or if you see like this pimple described on other parts of the genitals with no pain ,it could be a wart
