My Eczema appears in specific weather,more in spring..It's found in the back of my head beside neck.I always rub untill dandruff appears.I need a good soother.Tired from my old therapists :(
Eczema needs to be treated with both a good thick emollient to keep the skin moisturized and prevent dehydration, and a topical steroid cream to treat the underlying inflammatory/autoimmune process. I understand your frustration, but unfortunately I cannot prescribe medications (topical steroids) via online consultation. I can however recommend a few good emollients, such as Oilatum, Atoderm, Bioscreen Ginkolium milk.
