Dr. Rania Mousa General Medicine
Myalgia is a term of muscle pain and part of the treatment is exercise ,but what exercises ?
the exercises the doctor want you to avoid due to muscle strain are :
>avoiding high-impact activities until after the muscle pain goes away
>avoiding weight-lifting sessions until the muscle pain is resolved
and it is good to give yourself time to rest
but excercises that are good and benificial are
>gently stretching exercises for the muscles
>doing stress-relieving activities and exercises such as yoga and meditation to relieve tension
>physiotherapy ,the physiotherapy know what exercises are good for the muscles and will not cause much strain
exercises are part of treatment in myalgia associated with fibromyalgia .
