My daughter is 3 months and half and I'm exclusively breastfeeding her but since a week almost the total feeding Time collapsed from 20 mins to 10 mins max is normal or it's a sign of sickness?

Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
As long as she's regularly wetting her diapers, passing bowel movement, active, playful and smiling, and has no fever or any signs of illness, you have nothing to worry about. The most likely explanation is that she has gotten better at suckling now that her cheek muscle are more developed, so she's requiring less time to feed. Just make sure that you regularly cleanse her nose (nasal saline drops followed by bulb suction) half an hour prior to feeding to keep her nose patent and her breathing comfortable, because a stuffy nose may interfere with the feeding of babies since they can only breathe through their noses and not through their mouths.
