My baby had colic till he was 3 months old.At 6 months,we switched his Formula from AC to stage 2 with lactose.After 10 days,his tummy is bloated after feeding & he's crying & passing gas.What to do?
Try going back to the previous formula as he may not be able to tolerate the more advanced (stage 2) formula. And do not worry, this should not constitute an issue on the level of caloric intake and nutrition, as the stage 1 and stage 2 formulae provide the same amount of calories, but the content of proteins and fats vary slightly, and this should be OK as your son should start to gradually rely more and more on solid foods as the main source of his nutrients.
