My baby girl is 4 month old everytime she poops she get small red dots down there if a day passes she doesnt poop they go away but they dont hurt should i do poop analysis ?
This is most likely a diaper rash but again I cannot say this for sure without direct examination. You need to wash the diaper area well with water and soap (try avoiding baby wipes) with each diaper change, pat gently to dry, apply Sudocream and Vaseline gel (it helps prevent the stools from sticking onto the skin).
