Yes, it is difficult to handle all of these alone, all these responsibilities will have an effect on her body and health and consequently, after a period of time, if her health is affected, this will reflect on her twins and other things.
She needs help and other's support, along with all this load of responsibilities, she needs to have time for herself. Schedule some time whenever the twins sleep go and let her sleep at that time to get the sleep she needs. She should get the necessary body requirements from diet and vitamins, eat vegetables, fruits, grains and lots of fibers for their benefits and not gain weight, have 30 minutes to 1 hour of walk or exercise; she can take her twin babies in a stroller while walking. She should also drink plenty of water to decrease dehydration.
She can divide her meals and make every one small meal to increase her metabolism.
Concerning her sleep, it will be a period of time and the babies will enroll in a good sleep pattern, she should try to make them a schedule to sleep at the same time both and let her sleep above all, and the main thing is to have support to have time for herself for her benefit and theirs.
