May I ask about a mild pain the right side of the lower part of the back (maybe kidney or something else) please advise

It is less likely that your pain is related to the kidneys. Pain due to kidneys is usually more severe than the one you are describing.
If your pain increases with work and movements, it is probably a muscular pain.
