Many things to go in mind related to this single symptom you described it may be related to your hypertension or not ,it may related to a muscular strain and not ,it may be of chest pain or just a breast pain here are the possible causes .:
The breasts develop due to an increase in estrogen during puberty. During the menstrual cycle, various hormones cause changes in breast tissue that can lead to pain or discomfort in some women.
Breast pain can be caused by a variety of factors, many causes, including
>injury to the breast.
>Sometimes pain can come from surrounding muscles or tissues rather than the breast itself Lumpy breasts due to fibrocystic breast tissue can cause breast soreness and pain.
>Hormone fluctuations can also cause pain or discomfort.
>Emotional stress can affect hormones, no matter where you are in your cycle
>hormone fluctuation, the hormones estrogen and progesterone
>Abnormal prolactin levels may play a role in breast pain.
>taking certain medication and pills may give certain tenderness of breast especially the hormonal pills containg estrogen you will feel fullness and soreness.
>having other symptoms in your body or some illness or some diseases in other part of your body may has an effect on the breast and cause pain
>if the pain in one breast only there may be other cause than a hormonal cause ,like a lump or inflamation ,...
>if the pain is only for one episode no problem but if it is frequently felt then further investigations must be held
>other causes with shortness of breath can be related to asthma or infection
>Although chest pain can be a symptom of many different conditions, it should always be taken seriously because it could be a sign of a heart attack
1-If your chest pain is triggered by physical activity but passes a few minutes after you stop exercising, it may be angina.
2-If you have the symptoms such as rapid heart beat breathlessness or shortness of breath any pain radiating to the arm or jaw but the pain lasts more than 15-20 minutes, you could be having a heart attack. A heart attack can feel as if your chest is being pressed or squeezed by a heavy object.
the chest pain isn’t related to the heart if:
Pain that is sharp and brief – stabbing pain that lasts a few seconds is not from the heart.
Pain that persists for hours – heart chest pain will either go away after 20-30 minutes, or will end up in a heart attack.
Pain that gets worse with movement – or pain that gets worse when you press on that area of the chest is probably from the muscles or the bones in the chest, not the heart.
Pain that you can point to with a single finger – heart pain tends to be hard to pinpoint.
however ,If you have breast pain that is localized in only one area or you have lump that is attached to skin for long and that is consistent through the month with no fluctuations in pain level you must be seen by doctor where mammograph should be done and further testing depending on the results like needle biopsy .if the pain related with other symptoms of the heart then you must consult a cardiologist for EKG and images especially that you are hypertensive patient meaning that more risk is held .
