Joint btw proximal phalynx and middle phalynx of my finger is broken,been 5 months, l did physio but still swollen a bit and not fully functional (cant close it to the max after 90% of doing a fist)

Xray should be seen to see if articular space is free from any irregularity..otherwise a tendon release maybe needed or maybe just simply liberation of some existing adhesions.
