Lately, been feeling a lump in my throat (I can't physically feel it, not apparent on the outside) but I also have dizziness, rarely, and burping.

These symptoms may indicate acid reflux from the stomach, especially that you mention that you are burping more than usual. The acidity of the fluid that comes from the stomach up to the throat can cause irritation and inflammation, hence the feeling of this lump in the throat. If you are also having hoarseness and an acidic or bitter taste at the back of your tongue upon rising up in the morning, this makes the possibility of acid reflux even more likely. I don't know about the dizziness though. In any case, you are advised to get examined by a physician in the clinic for a better evaluation.
