the best way is to increase the breastfeeding frequency, eventhough there is no sufficient milk, the suckling effect will increase your hormone ( oxytocin ) that is related to milk ejection..
you should therefore breastfeed in the night also...
And of course drinking plenty of fluids, including milk, is important.
