My 1 year and 7 months old daughter's meals are smaller now, especially her morning milk bottle & before she sleeps. Is it because of the hot weather?

Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
If everything else is normal and your daughter is otherwise active, playful and looks healthy, and you do not take note of any other health problems or complaints such as fever, abdominal pain, then it's nothing worrisome if the size of the meal your daughter is currently having is smaller than usual. It does happen that children's appetite varies from time to time.
It would be a good idea to try and check her gums, as her canines may be erupting (she is in the age range of canine, or even 1st molar, eruption), which may affect her appetite negatively.
