Indeed,Xray shows mild hallux valgus. What i'm talking abt is more of a blockage in the big toe joint while doing specific mvts. I've been told it's a tendinitis. Is it more likely to be caused by HV?

It is possible yes, knowing that the joint affected with a bunion loses some of its "movability", hence the name hallux valgus rigidus.
