I feel pressure & pain in the right V line. My doctor said it's a slight "fte2". Do I need surgery? Can it be an STD? Like swollen nodes in the groin?

You must be examined by a surgeon to decide on the cause of your pain. If the reason is a hernia, the surgeon will advise you on surgery versus observation.
