The success of IVF in your case ( normal fertile couple) is around 45%
It is feasible to do IVF to have only male embryos,
We do a specific technique, we called ICSI + PGD for the embryos we have in order to select the sex,
So if we collect 12 follicle from you, approximately 6 of them are male ( Y ),
So you will be always having a pregnancy rate of 45% , but if will get pregnant you are almost sure (99%) it is a boy , or multiple boys ( depends on how much you put)..
As for the price, it depends on the institution, you will be paying ~ 2000-2500$ in addition to Normal IVF price..

There are only 2 proven techniques that may affect the gender of your children. They are sperm-sorting (including the procedure Microsort) and IVF with the use of PGD(preimplantation genetic diagnose )
IN gender selection through in-vitro fertilization (IVF) is through pre-implantation genetic diagnosis, the technician will fertilize several eggs with the father's sperm. Before they are placed in the mother's uterus, a technician will analyze the zygotes, looking for genetic defects along with gender. The doctor would then only implant the zygotes that are of the desired gender.
On average, the chance that your wife become pregnant on the first try is close to 50 percent.
if she becomes pregnant the success rates for this type of procedure are 97-99.9% accurate in couples seeking either a boy or girl.
And as Dr Nemer mentioned there is a possibility of multiple boys too )
But usually this kind of procedure is done when there is a genetic disorder linked to the gender of a baby in certain families
