If these drugs are taken together, valsartan, aldactone, glucophage, vitamine D, magnesium and ergy slim water drainage, can they have any side effects on a pregnancy?

Valsartan, aldactone, and glucophage should definitely not be used during pregnancy, as they are associated with harm to the fetus. These medications should be stopped when planning for pregnancy or when pregnancy is detected. I advise you to see your gynecologist as soon as possible, so he will review your medications, and give you alternative medications to replace the ones that are non suitable during pregnancy, as necessary.

Valsartan use during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy can negatively influence the function of the baby’s kidneys and can increase the risk of morbidity and death in the womb or shortly after birth. Resulting oligohydramnios, which is a decreased volume of the amniotic fluid in the amniotic sac, can be associated with fetal lung hypoplasia (smaller lungs than usual) and skeletal deformations because the baby will not assume a proper position in the womb due to little fluid. When pregnancy is detected, discontinue Valsartan as soon as possible.
As for Glucophage (metformin), recent data strongly suggests that abnormal blood glucose levels during pregnancy are associated with a higher incidence of congenital abnormalities (abnormalities detected at birth). Most experts recommend that insulin be used during pregnancy to maintain blood glucose levels as close to normal as possible. As such it is recommended that Glucophage not be used during pregnancy unless clearly needed and the benefits outweigh the harm.
Aldactone (spironolactone) is a diuretic; it drives water out of the body. It differs in that in preserves potassium. It is also used off-label (not the original purpose) in the treatment of cases with elevated androgens (male hormones) as it can block them. No teratogenic (mutaion) effects were observed when aldactone was given to mice in lab experiments. Because of its antiandrogenic activity and the requirement of testosterone for the normal formation of a male fetus, aldactone may potentially interfere with this process. Therefore, the use of aldactone in pregnant women requires that the anticipated benefit be significantly more substantial than the possible hazards to the fetus.
Regarding Vitamin D and Magnesium, they are safe during pregnancy as long as they are administered in the right doses.
Erb Slim and any slimming product must be discontinued during pregnancy; the safety of these products has not been established in normal individuals, let alone in pregnancy. They must be stopped.
