if the vomiting is newly experienced after being pregnant then this is will be due to pregnancy and considered a pregnancy symptom .
low appetite ,nausea ,vomiting all are pregnancy symptoms in the first trimester.Nausea and vomiting usually starts around the sixth week of pregnancy and stops around the 12th week. However, you may still have discomfort after that, often up until your 20th week
if the vomit is severe or heavy you must talk to your doctor he may prescribe some anti -nausea medications in order not to be dehydrated ,in order not to lose nutrients necessary for you and the baby .if you feel that your urine input is lessened with dry mouth then this is dehydration contact the doctor directly if this happened.
Try to follow these steps if your vomit due to pregnancy :
-In the morning, eat a few crackers and rest for 15 minutes before getting up.
-Get up slowly and do not lie down right after eating.
-Eat small meals or snacks often so your stomach does not become empty (for example, every two hours). Try not to skip meals.an empty stomach will make you feel stomach pains
-Eat what you feel like and eat when you are hungry, though you may want to avoid cooking or eating spicy, fatty or fried foods because of the smell.
-If cooking smells bother you, open windows and turn on the stove fan. If possible, ask someone else to cook
- Eat cold food instead of hot, as it may not smell as strongly.
-Sniffing lemons can sometimes help an upset stomach.
-Avoid drinking fluids during, just before or immediately after a meal.
if you suffer from fever beside your vomit ir diarrhea talk with your doctor you might have a viral or bacterial infection such as gastroentiritis ,or other ..
