I was taking zaldiar for 1 and a half week and I finished it. and its been like three days and im not taking It anymore. but In those 3 days, I couldnt sleep well. why ?
This is a withdrawal symptom from the medication, namely the tramadol component (Zaldiar is made of the combination of paracetamol and tramadol), because after all Tramadol belongs to a class of drugs called opioids. It works by mimicking the action of the pain-reducing chemicals called endorphins, which are produced by the human body. Tramadol also acts by enhancing the effect of the neurotransmitters serotonin and noradrenaline, and this action also helps relieve pain.
