I took 2 doses of Cervarix vaccin. I saw on internet that it could cause infertility. Is that true??? does it have other side effects? and what happens if I don't take the third dose?
Evidence based medicine doesn't prove that cervarix causes infertility. The few reported cases on the internet probably Are coincidental. Recently studies have shown that two doses of cervarix might be effective in girls between 9-14 yrs but in your age group the recommendation is still three doses to benefit from the maximum efficacy. So if you miss the third dose the only side effect is you will not have the complete protection
