did you had curettage ( surgical) after the abortion? or was it medical or spontaneous,
anyway, you shouldn't have sex after that because your cervix ( the opening of your uterus) is still open after 10d, so there is a high risk of infection
yes you can get pregnant, it depends on the ovulation time, that can be present even 10 d post abortion.
it would have been better if you wait for the following period ...
