I have got palmoplantar pustulosis psoriasis. I've been using dermovate ointment for almost 3 months. The case is getting worse. They spread on my palms and soles. I've tried ebetrexate but no result.
Palmoplantar pustulosis is difficult to treat. Please consult a dermatologist specialized in psoriasis, biologics could be a possibility or some other systemic treatments.
