I think you need to see your doctor (Family Physician or Gynecologist). Sometimes those secretions and the pain during sex could be related to an infection that needs to be treated. I advise see your doctor soon and get treated.

depending on your symptoms it might be 1 of 2 serious vaginal infections that if kept untreated may lead afterwards to infertility
1-Trichomoniasis an infection caused by Trichomonas vaginalis bacteria, and is part of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), manifested by profuse and watery, yellow or green discharge, with an unpleasant odor and pain during intercourse or urination. Also, this infection has no symptoms for a long period of time after the exposure to Trichomonas vaginalis bacteria.this treated by metronidazole
2-Abnormal discharge with pain or bleeding
If your vaginal discharge is abnormal and you have pain in your pelvis or when you urinate, or you bleed between periods or after sex, you may have chlamydia or gonorrhoea (both STIs). Gonorrhoea can make your discharge turn green, although often the pain or bleeding are more noticeable.treated by antibiotics
both patners should be treated
the one who will tell what is the cause and give the correct treatment after tests and physical examination is your doctor.
