depending on the exercises you must be doing , you can be prone to develop some tendinitis ( either peroneals , or tibialis posterior ) . one the external aspect and the other internal aspect of the ankle ... like all tendinitis the combination of rest , anti inflammatories , and ICING is beneficial ! if symptoms stay consistent and unresolved further work up might be needed
