I had a second degree sun burn a few weeks ago on my chest, which has now healed but I still have spots. I noticed a new mole on my under arm a few days ago, but now it's gone. Should I be concerned?

No, you shouldn't be concerned. It's normal, but if it appears again do consult your physician.
