I get nose bleeds very rarely (once a year). And I don't feel any other symptoms before or after it occurs. Should I worry about it?

not really, usually a simple check with an ENT (ear nose throat) specialist can be enough to check if any abnormal vessels in the nose exsit. Blood pressure, should be checked to see if there is high blood pressure.
