The fact that you are maintained on colchicine suggests that you have a rheumatologic condition like familial Mediterranean fever (FMF) or Behçet's disease, which cause disease in the joints in addition to oral ulcers, among other things. Having 10 ulcers at a time, though it can be promoted by eating too much junk food, is not explained solely by intake of junk food. In fact it could signify that the colchicine dosage is suboptimal and needs to be adjusted. You should discuss this with your treating physician.
