The first entity we think of is a chronic infection or alteration in the gut microbiome (the normal flora or good bacteria in the gut that help ferment digested food and produce vitamin K), so you may need a stool analysis and culture. If you do have an infection, the treatment will be decided according to the results.
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), a functional disorder of the intestines in which the intestines either contract too much, or too little, resulting in periods of constipation alternating with periods of loose stools, bloating, and abdominal pain that is usually relieved by passing stools, is another possibility; the classical available treatments provide partial relief and with varying degrees o f success between different individuals. Fiber supplementation, small frequent meals, hydration and exercise are vital.
Some people have flatulence (excess gas and bloating) because of food allergies: the easy way to find out is to keep a food diary and try to identify the food item or items that may be causing the symptoms, and eliminating this or these items. If this results in alleviation from symptoms, then indeed it could be some form of food intolerance (which is a lesser degree of food allergy) and this food item should be 1st eliminated for some time then gradually reintroduced into the diet.
In any case, you better seek medical attention in a specialist's clinic for thorough evaluation of your problem.
