I am about 170 cm tall. I recently started gym workout for fitness and not bodybuilding. bas i get tired very fast when i am on the treadmill.. i drink about a liter of water in the one hour exercise

So if your weight is 88 kg and your height is 170 cm ,then your body mass index BMI depending of your weight and height is 30.45 and this is considered in heavily overweight range .
These are the references of BMI
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5–24.9 >>>>>>HERE IS YOUR LEVEL
Overweight = 25–29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
To reach your optimum weight in the normal range : you must be below 72 kg
So your target weight is that you need to lose 16 kg minimum to be in the normal range .
then knowing that to reach a desired weight healthfully you must lose between 0.5 -1 kg a week means at 1 month 4 kg maximum
Then you need to lose 16 kg in around 4 month and if on a more simple plan in around 4-8 months
This plan will be more helpful and more satisfying results than losing between a day and night those extra kilos which might not been achieved except by surgery ,you need to be patient and follow these rules
-see how much you eat and cut off 3/4 -1/2 the size of what you eat you will find yourself gradually full with this portion of food with lower calories and hence lower weight easily .
- cut off caffeine and sodas and smoking
-focus on fruits, veggies, egg whites, soy products, skinless breasts, fish, shellfish, nonfat dairy foods, and 95% lean meat.

Concerning you gym attendance ,that is very good option ,if you feel tired when exercising ,it might be because you are newly exercising after a period of time you may be well try to look forward when exercising and since you are new ,begin only in this mean tome by 10 min on a treadmill lower the intensity and speed and every day or other day increase your intensity when you try to focus on a healthy diet beside this exercise routine you will acheive your goal and loses weight .
Concerning water intake ,well it is very good to take water but over a period of time and not to tale 1 liter in 1 hour that is too much at the same time .
you must take over period of time 2 liters and in hot weather a maximum of 3 liters .
you must drink small quantity frequently every 10 min during exercise and not large quantity at an hour .
Drinking 1 liter in one hour in a workout program while sweating is not good at all and may cause you dizziness and low blood pressure .Sweating during exercise causes loss of water and sodium ,so when you drink too much ,the concentration of sodium drops and that may cause water intxication .
Therefore plan your diet ,your period to achieve your desired weight ,eat less exercise for 10 min every time as much as you can and drink frequently in a moderate quantity during exercise you will lose then weight
