I am 24 years old. i always feel lazy and sleepy. i used to make strong diets and had health problems and diabetes when i was a kid. what tests should i do and whats wrong with me?
You might feel some some laziness and tiredness throughout the day it may sometimes indicate a medical condition ranging from simple such as anemia ,bad diet (rich in fats and low in proteins and carbs, junk food ,low fiber diet ,...),infections ,and to more serious medical problems,
other important factor is dehydration ,if you don't take much water you must drink 8-10 glasses of water
sedentary life and lack of exercise contribute to such symptom.
weather can contribute to such laziness ,and in such case you can boost your alert in drinking much water and juices rich in vitamin c
If the situation is disturbing and constant beside that you had health problems before and diabetic and obese ,then there is a great chance that you had a medical condition must be investigated like inactive thyroid gland (hypothyroidism) ,diabetes ,medications taken (check you medicines side effects),anemia, fatty liver .....
check with a doctor for physical examination beside full history of your symptoms and then he will order some tests like CBC(complete blood count ) thyroid tests (TSH,free T4 ,T3) fasting blood glucose ,...
