Dr. Zakia Dimassi Pediatrics
The aymtpoms you are describing are not specific to a particular condition: it could be anemia (low red blood cells, most commonly secondary to iron deficiency, but we cannot rule out a bleeding ulcer in the context of the severe nausea), it could be due to poor eyesight, thyroid problems (hypothyroidism or poorly functioning thyroid, or hyperthryroidism or over active thryoid gland) or it could be pregnancy (if you are sexually active). You are therefore advised to seek medical attention where your doctor will collect more detailed information about your symptoms, perform a full physical, and thus request the proper set of lab tests and imaging if needed.
