There are two options if not contraindicated
> first using the progesterone pill or an alternative such as primolut N that is usually used to postpone the period,Primolut N tablets contain the active ingredient norethisterone, which is a synthetic hormone similar to the naturally occurring sex hormone, progesterone. It is used in a wide range of menstrual disorders
The usual dosage if you wish to postpone your period using PRIMOLUT N.(this method should not be used to women who are not at risk of pregnancy) is:
One tablet PRIMOLUT N 2 to 3 times daily for not longer than 10 -
14 days, beginning about 3 days before the expected menstruation.
Bleeding will occur 2 - 3 days after medication has been stopped.
>The second option is ,If you are taking contraceptive pills, the best way to postpone the period is not stopping the pill and immediately start a new box in the other cycle , Once you'll stop taking the pill, you'll have your usual bleeding period, for better results it is advised to be taken at the same time every day and not missing a pill .
