Make sure your diet is good by eating enough vegetables and fruits. Brain needs constant nutrition, so be sure you are eating properly. In addition to this, physical exercise is very good to increase the blood flow to the brain. Do one task at a time and concentrate only in one work along. Also, make sure you are getting enough sleep because sleep deprivation can lead to memory problems.
