How much time i should exercise daily for fast weight loss??..am on a diet as well..

The daily recommended excercises for any adult is about 150 minute per week if you want to lose weight you may increase this to 300 minutes per week to achieve results beside a good diet and drinking enough water and fluids
that is as follows to achieve a 300 min exercising
At least 1 hour minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity at least 5 days per week for a total of 300 min (an adult needs 30 min to achieve 150 min goal )
OR
At least 50 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity at least 3 days per week for a total of 150 minutes; or a combination of moderate- and vigorous-intensity aerobic activity

all this plus :

Moderate- to high-intensity muscle-strengthening activity at least 2 days per week for additional health benefits.
