Hi, I have a ganglion cyst on top wrist, i feel tingling in fingers after yesterday's workout. is it serious or just needs rest? thanks

Nothing worrisome but a form of intervention may be required.
When the ganglion is still in the early stages and the wall is still thin, the cyst can be manually compressed by the doctor until it bursts, and fluid is absorbed. Otherwise the doctor can perform serial aspirations to evacuate the cyst. I think you need to have a physician take a look at the cyst since you're having symptoms of nerve compression (the tingling/numbness indicates that the nerve in the wrist/hand is being compressed by the cyst).
