What is the difference between normal sterimar and sterimar with copper? Can I give it daily for babies aged 3 years? Can I use nasonex on him twice a day for a long period due to lahmiyeh?

Sterimar with copper is a hypertonic solution of sodium chloride with manganese and copper. But sterimar normal is a normal solution of nacl. Nasonex is safe to use.
