Hello, during the first 6 months of life children should only take mother's breast milk and nothing else according to the recommendation of the American Academy of Pediatrics. NO other milk formula should be added. As with respect to colic it is normal at this age group and started subsiding after 2 month of age. So i encourage to exclusively breast feed your child knowing the enormous benefits of human milk
