What is the best multivitamin brand in terms of daily dosage and nutrients makeup for a 35 year old male?
Apr 17, 2015
We cannot promote for one brand over another, this is one thing. Another thing, and this is more relevant, you need not take multivitamins unless you have symptoms and/or lab evidence of deficiency, or "A supplement is only useful to people whose diets are lacking in that specific nutrient".
