Cracked feet, also known as heel fissures are a common problem for people of all ages. This kind of proper is a clear sign of improper foot care. Lack of moisture is one of the most common causes behind it.

Other causes are standing for long hours, use of harsh soaps, dehydration, cold chilly winter weather, continuous exposure to water, overweight, habit of wearing wrong kind of footwear, psoriasis, thyroid disease, diabetes and so on.
Some of the signs and symptoms of cracked feet are red or flaky patches, peeling skin, itchiness, bleeding from the cracks, pain and so on.

Foot skin is much thicker than skin on the rest of your body. That’s why it doesn’t get irritated right away when you touch harsh chemicals and it doesn’t chap as quickly as other areas of your skin, like your face, when you are exposed to harsh weather.
It’s important to take good care of your foot skin and that means using the right foot care products.

Use only gentle soaps to wash and then applying a good moisturizer immediately after drying your feet as often as you possibly can. Look for gentle cleansers that contain glycerin and moisturizers with glycerin, lanolin and rich hydrating oils.

Be sure to rinse your feet really well because soap residue is drying and will irritate your skin. Pay special attention to the space between your toes where soap residue often hides.

I recommend using only very mild glycerin bar soaps, or liquid soaps with a lot of added glycerin, there are also many natural bar soaps that are either made from glycerin or that haven’t had the glycerin removed (which is the problem with most soaps)like صابون الغار

Remember, the more that a soap foams, the more likely it is to be harsh on the skin. Plus, adding oil to a harsh soap doesn’t necessarily stop the soap from being harsh on your skin.

The foaming soap base cleans well but also rinses off your hands easily. This is important because retained soap residue pulls out the natural oils from your skin, compounding your chapping hand problem

Moisturize your hands with a good quality foot cream immediately after toweling dry. It needs to be non-greasy so that you don’t mind using it during the day,you can use vaseline or petroleum gelly.

You can try these steps all the time to insure a well hydrated feet skin .
drink plenty of water to stay hydrated

At the mean time if your feet are cracked hardly ,at bed time you can keep them in warm water for 20 minutes >then rub them to get rid of the dry dead skin >then rince and dry very well following the above measures > then apply the moisturizer or a vaseline >wear socks all the night ,you will feel becoming better after a week or two .
and then protect your feet skin by following the mentioned measures as a daily feet care .

You may also try using soap-free products (available in pharmacies), which are free of sodium lauryl sulfate, the main ingredient that creates foam in any cleaning product (shampoos soaps etc). Another great choice is vegetable soap (like L'Occitane, or olive oil based soaps) which do not contain any sulfate related compounds - these molecules are known to cause skin irritation and drying especially in people with baseline dry skin.
